Simple, inexpensive Elliptical exercise equipment

Updating my review on this wonderful product having owned it for almost a year now. We both use it regularly, 3-6 times per week. While reading newer reviews, I came across one that was very helpful to all who purchase this product: TIGHTEN ALL NUTS/BOLTS/SCREWS from time to time. Had a bolt let go on the right footpedal and immediately remedied the situation with a wrench. Decided to tighten all connections to find that they had all loosened up with the constant use. I did not put this machine together when it arrived, my fiance did, so I do not know if he used the wrench that was included or his own to tighten the fittings. But anyway, it's still an AWESOME machine for the money. Just be sure to tighten up all the connections from time to time and it should continue to be a great little work-out machine.

I ordered an elliptical cross trainer that gives legs and arms a workout with out jarring my body. It's quiet enough to use while watching TV with others. It's a great piece of equipment and it is helping me keep my resolutions so far. At first there were some nuts and bolts missing, I emailed in and they were sent quickly. The calorie counter, timer and odometer are motivating too. It was shipped to me quickly also. I compared similar machine prices in Christmas ads and it was the least expensive from Golf Outlet through Amazon.com.

I've run outside and at gyms several miles a day for 15 years, and I got this machine 2 years ago to try at home thinking it'd have to do for days I just wanted to run inside at home, but I've been amazed that it's a great workout, better or as good as on expensive gym machines, and I've run on it almost every day for 2 years now and it's still in great shape, as am I. I don't think it's too loud. I really am amazed by it.

Let me first say that I am NOT an exercise freak. I'm just a couch potato looking for a convenient way to exercise that might be more fun than a treadmill. I decided on an elliptical trainer, but balked at the $300+ pricetags until I found this one. It's compact, stable and easy to assemble (yes, even for a girl like me!) and easy to move. Although the movement is a bit more up-and-down than front-to-back as I expected, it's not a problem. It's probably what makes the machine take up less space and is better for my glutes, anyway. If you're looking for a starter model that won't break the bank, this trainer is for you.

Provides a great workout in a shorter amount of time than a treadmill. Easy on the knees and back. I strongly recommend.
