The Economical Choice

This machine will give you an excellent workout. A variety of programs are offered and the resistence levels are commercial grade. I've used it everday for the past two weeks and I already feel a substantial increase in energy. My only problem is that the workout is so superior I'm fearful I may give myself a heart attack. Luckily there is a pulse monitor built into the machine, also speakers for an Ipod, a fan, a bottle holder, and a small compartment at the top for your Ipod or remote control. There is no book holder but that's fine by me since I cannot read
...while excersising. After superfluous research I feel the E30 is by far the economical choice. I've experienced no psychological conflict or anxiety resulting from the purchase of this machine. Buy it, and be sure to use the pulse monitor.
Just what I needed

Reviewer: Annie,
I am pleasantly suprised at the performance of this machine. I was a little skeptical on the quality of this product at first, but I needed something compact enough to fit in my apartment for me to use on those days I can't make it to the gym. I'm really used to those huge machines at the gym too. Now I almost prefer working out on my elliptical at home and with the number of resistance levels and programs, I can change up my routine every day.
Nice fit !

Perfect fit for my small apartment and I still get a great workout. I love the speakers.....I can listen to my music and be headphone free!
A little torn about this machine

I am only 5'2" and it seems that the arms do not extend as much as on the gym machines. My boyfriend is 6'2" and he hates it because his arms barely move at all. For people taller than I am, I would suggest a different elliptical with a bigger stride length.

The folding feature is nice because it takes up hardly any space. I do have to say that moving it on those wheels is a little difficult because the whole machine must be tipped back when you move it which may be a little hazardous. I have not used the speakers yet, but the fan is a little disappointing. It looks like a car AC vent and it barely blows even on the highest setting. The resistance on the machine is great and it really gives you a great workout.

Overall, I would only suggest this machine for someone under 5'3". For short people like me, it is a great machine, but for anyone taller it isn't. (**Although my other complaint is if you are trying to do it while watching TV, it is difficult to see over the top of the machine unless you push it very far back from the TV if you are short.)
