Long lasting, great customer support

I have had this machine for two years and have used it at least 5 times a week for a half hour each. It has been used a lot and has held up. After I had it a year one of the leg joint kept loosening so I called support and they sent me a replacement joint for only $10 (I did not have any warranty). It is a shame it no longer is available. I would definitely buy from ProForm again.

poor cust service experience

did not work right out of the box... the magnetic resistance was adjusted too tight from the factory. I tried to fix it but the bolts that were installed from the factory were too tight to loosen. they will not fix it for free, they had me pay someone to fix thier machine that was unusable out of the box. Unbelievable. I wanted to send it back, but that would cost me $45.00 return shippment fee. Worst customer experience I have ever had.
